Welcome to the Norstar Networks Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Please note that if you are experiencing an out of service emergency or after hours emergency in addition to opening a ticket, please call 800-228-1308 to receive a direct response from our support team. Normal Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
